Biography

Victoria, also affectionately known as Tori, is an Associate with Cohen and Acampora. Her areas of practice include civil litigation, probate administration and litigation, business law, and commercial and residential real estate transactions. Additionally, Tori has experience handling personal injury, premises liability, and insurance defense litigation from inception to resolution. 

Tori earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Connecticut, holds a Juris Doctor from Penn State Law, and has been admitted to the Connecticut bar.

While in law school, Tori spent two years as a research assistant for the Connecticut Center for Agriculture and Shale Law, researching law and policy changes in oil and gas, environmental, and energy sectors for publication. In her third year, she was admitted to the Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic, which allowed her to gain practical experience representing businesses in various matters such as investor agreements and regulatory compliance.
