Biography

Rod W. Farrell is Senior Counsel with the firm, practicing in the areas of real estate development, finance and leasing, general corporate counsel, mergers and acquisitions, and creditors’ rights. He is an accomplished lawyer and highly skilled in his areas of practice and has been practicing law over the past 39 years. His efforts have had significant positive impacts on numerous clients.

In addition to the areas of practice outlined above, Rod has extensive experience with environmental law, commercial and residential real estate, zoning compliance, and bankruptcy law. He handles both complex real estate and corporate matters and is a passionate and professional lawyer, relied upon by many for his expertise.

Rod serves as trusted counsel to his clients in many of their most significant endeavors and assists them with complex business and real estate transactions, development, and agreements.

Rod is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and is admitted to practice before both the state and federal courts. He received his bachelor’s degree from Yale University in 1980 and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1985.
